For me, it is important that you are completely comfortable with the service I am providing through my website.

If for some reason you are not pleased with the final design package, please contact me by email with a detailed explanation of your concerns within 30 days of receiving your package. I will modify the design to better meet your expectations based on your concerns.

NOTE: To guarantee your satisfaction, it is very important that you understand and answer the questionnaire that I will send you, carefully. Your answers to the questionnaire will serve as the design brief I will base my design on. If you have any difficulties, feel free to contact me back.
